There, he discovers the Earth Federation’s new abandoned weapon, the RX-78-2 Gundam. He then decides to steal it for himself, creating a domino effect that forever changes history as we know it. Five years later, in the independent colony of Side 6, a young New Type girl finds herself on the hunt for the missing RX-78-2 Gundam. It doesn’t take long for events to conspire to have her take the pilot’s seat of the new prototype Gundam GQuuuuuuuX and compete in underground mobile suit battles. Surrounded by new friends, she tries to understand her strange abilities and find her place in the world, dreaming of a sky where she can fly freely.
