He reveals that following the rescue of his son Harry, he began to piece together the possible candidates for who Spider-Man was, ultimately coming down to Amadeus, Jeanne, Asha, and Peter himself. He offers his services to aid him, but Peter politely turns him down. Osborn leaves the door open just in case and a check.
